Cheers for getting back with me. It appears the "multiple attempts" are coming back to back during a single log in. The search box blinks several times after entering password to log in, then that note pops up. (This is on my desktop, btw, using Edge Windows 10). That trouble didn't start until yesterday afternoon, but, in the morning, I had this consequence first: I was logged in to my hotmail, as normal, had checked a few emails, and then suddenly, when I tried to open 2 emails from 2 different people from work, I got a popup with a deplorable face & "something went wrong, repeating redirects detected..." I clicked on "more details" and it shows a listing: X-client Id, X-Redir-fault, and X-FEServer number. it also says " click here to sign out." (i wish I could attach screenshots here.)
Then, I clicked that & signed out, T hen, when i tried to log back in, is when I got the message above I originally emailed yous about... I should have told you this in the correct order, I am sorry!
I promise I didn't totally confuse y'all by at present and this makes some sense to you!
Another odd thing, this morning i decided to try log into my hotmail with Chrome instead of Border, I had no trouble at all... ?
Believe information technology or not, I actually had some other trouble yesterday... I might equally well tell you now in case they are somehow all related...:
This is on my iphone when accessing hotmail.... i got a popup "your backup is out of date. Sign in to your icloud account and get to settings to update your fill-in." So, I went to settings and saw my iphone had backed upwardly the solar day before, but strangely, it was but like ii. something gigs, when ordinarily it is like 6.eight+_. Not certain if that is related or not or why i deject has anything to do with this....?
I really don't know what to think of all this...i tin't assistance merely exist a bit concerned if information technology has anything to do with me working remotely from domicile, if the I.t. guy has accessed something on my personal computer...? All of these issues in 1 day is very strange, there has to be an explanation and solution.....i hope...
